Gear faggot here. Mads character for Death stranding is wearing DCU 3 color, and it looks like OD Paraclete kit. Looks like the RAV if I was to guess. He also has Peltor Comtac 1's (good luck finding those), a MICH/ACH with the 2002 cut, and ANVIS-9 night vision binoculars. He is essentially wearing early 2003-2005 CAG kit. Fuckin neato.

Oddly enough, it's the M1 carbine that never existed. It's visually similar to the BM59 as has been mentioned, but these appear to be shortened M1 garands with the M1a1 paratrooper carbine stock. That combination, in real life, would be boner inducing.
