IT JUST WORKS

Looks like a long recoil operated toggle lock. Sexy.
I heard every home made gun was actually crafted to see if they'd really work effectively
>>34366021
you heard wrong.
Fucking retard, how could you possibly believe that.
>>34366061
Aw, dont be upset bud. I think its time for bed ;)
I want one of every gun that's in metro
Bastard gun looks like a lot of fun
>>34366021
The Bigun was made IRL
or at least a prototype model thing was.
I love metro, Seriously so much,
I love it's guns,
But they are all overengineered.
Im pissy they have the Bastard gun when a Sten, or Sten style rippoff is mechanically simpler to build.
Canonically Kuznetsky Most is the station that produced all the home made guns, It was near a weapons factory on the surface and some of the engineers and mechanics managed to grab tools and parts and bring them down. So everyone there is meant to be well versed in Firearm making. I cant get my head around all these people, all probably trained in making russian firearms churning out the guns in the game.
It took until last light before we had a simple single shot pipe style gun.
>>34364019
it just works!

>>34366586
>pull bolt back
>round still in chamber
>remove clip cylinder
>insert mag
>close bolt

I've always thought the Shambler was stupid, I mean a revolving shotgun isn't that weird.
But wouldn't the shells get dirty or something if they were left exposed like that?
>>34364019
Looks like something Royal Nonesuch would make if it was slamfire.
>>34364019
What is wrong with this? Is it lacking the components required for the revolver-esque shell storage to rotate?
>>34366586
>that spring
Sideways borchardt action, pretty neat.
This shit was actually designed by an engineer.
