Is the dot supposed to be invisible on settings 3 and under? On my trs-25 the dot is still very visible on the low settings. Otherwise i think i may like this more, it seems way more well built.
Will be going on a vz btw, scout scope style on the upper forearm

The invisible to unaided eye settings are for use with night vision.
Yes, they're only visible for night vision because the full settings would look like a supernova otherwise.

Guess i got to buy night vision then

Waste of money and batteries.

saw that the Vortex Viper PST 1-4x24 are probably going to be discontinued, so I grabbed one of the last ones for a future rifle build.
Also snagged a Thrunite TN12

>didn't even get the advanced Micro dot
Pic related. New Aero stripped with bcm lpk and mag with ACSS holosum sight.
They are on my old upper but will be put on my new upper when it gets here
Waiting for NICS to clear.
>6.5 Grendel CZ 527
Most recent were a pair of 9x39 mags

Not useful, but cool nonetheless.
>>34352853
Wtf do you have a gun chambered for it??
>>34352982
Yeah a 9x39 VEPR I snagged just before the ban, gotta do some work to adjust the magwell for it to fit

I don't really understand vortex on this one. Drop what is arguably one of their most popular midrange AR scopes and replace it with one that's $200 more expensive?

> viper pst gen 2
$200 more expensive and a shit reticle. I have been stoked for a Viper PST 1-6 or 1-8 with the same reticle. Instead they turn the viper into vapor.
Of their new offerings I'd rather buy a Strike Eagle 1-8x24. However, despite the increase of magnification, I'd still feel it's s step down from the Viper. So I bought the extra Viper, even if I know it'll sit in the safe for a few years before I use it.
Most recent was this Aimpoint PRO I picked up off a local seller, paid 330 for it. Seems rock solid, can't wait to take it out for a spin. Replaced a Vortex StrikeFire II, it was a good optic but I wanted a 2 moa do rather than 4.
I live in a state that doesn't have Gander Mountain, but I'm on a long road trip and decided to stop by one. Most of the stuff on sale wasn't offered at that good a discount, but their black powder stuff was actually cheap. I ended up getting 100 powerbelts and 60 T/C saboted rounds for just under $80, which is a really good deal and will last me a very long time.
just wait'n on that 40mm to come back
What does /k/ think of the P938? I found the rosewood incredibly arousing.

How do you like the Seekins rail?
How do you like the ACSS Holosun?
How do you like the PA magnifier? Is that the most recent gen?
I have an RMR coming in a few weeks.

For fudds IMO who are too stupid/scared to carry a striker for subcompact concealed carry.
