Every receiver is going to be different so you can't say Brand X is tight and Brand Y is loose. The only way that could be said is if you buy a complete right, and the manufacturer takes the time to find an upper and a lower that happen to fit together tightly. Mega does this with their MATEN but I don't know others that do.

That said, the Aero Gen 2 lowers (and some other brands) have a set screw in the grip which pushed on the upper receiver lug, tightening the two together very well. Aero receivers are not expensive either.

I put 500 rounds through mine before I ever had a failure and honestly I think it was because the mag was dirty.

I put a midwest industries drop in quadrail so I can mount a flashlight for bedside gun and a bipod for the range, Manta makes good rail covers that keep the hot metal away from your skin. I also got a new charging handle and safety cuz im a lefty. Its a great base for a first AR and makes me want to build my own now that I got a feel for how to maintain and modify a complete one.
