An issue, yes. In fact a negative thing, no. I use to think lasers were kind of gay because things wouldn't bleed out, but if you cauterize a healthy artery or something, it's probably more effective at stopping blood flowing out than breaking it since it just can't get past. They'd have to damage it to fix it. Plus even if it were just a little focused thing, where it started is going to get burned to hell. Lasers would be nasty as fuck. People that get hit by them it'd probably look superficial on a small one if it gets miniaturized, imagine DVD vs a flash drive, the tech can get shrunk down even more. It'd look superficial but they'd probably just drop like a bag of potatoes out of nowhere a few seconds later.

This is the same shit that happens here. Most of the deer I've killed with firearms have been between 10 and 75 yards, with two outliers of 315 yards and 8 feet. I've switched to using exclusively open sights and get told all the time that 7mm mag is the cat's ass for deer and "I could shoot a gnat off a fly's ass at 600 yards with this sumbitch." Good luck getting a shot at more than 100 anywhere around here though
