1000 times this. If you're new to it, just go to the hospital and make sure you get something serious. Kidney stones are not something to be toughed out, and while opioids aren't great for you, neither is a fuckload of ibuprofen, and it won't do nearly as much.

T. tried to get by on ibuprofen and did a bit of vomiting. Didn't think I needed morphine either, not that it did much when I relented.
