I don't think it's shooped- I think it's something a dude with a parts for each of an AK, an AR, a 1911 made as a horrific Frankenstein's Monster. I would call it working at all semi plausible, I would call it being effective dubious in the extreme. Just as likely it's scrap made to look functional.
