This. I'd love to join up but I have no mil or LE experience. If you just hire a bunch of jackasses like me you're going to be a laughing stock. There are plenty of mil and ex-mil guys here on /k/ though, so it's not like you'll have trouble getting people. At the same time, the number of posters here with mil or LE experience willing to sell everything to help run a cargo ship is probably extremely small.
