Here is my Winchester 1894. It's got a serial number in the low 32,000s and the research I've done dates it to 1895. It had an incorrect front sight on it when I got it and I was wondering if anyone here could tell me where I could get a reproduction one.

Not sure about the repro sight. But that's a pretty bitchin find man. I bought one off a dude for $350 and dated it when I got home. Made in 1927. It was a steal. Have you shot her yet? Any issues?

It's mechanically perfect. One tang screw is missing and the other one is incorrect and one buttolate screw is gone. Really having a hard time finding replacement ones too.

So they made 32000+ of these in one year?
shitty picture but whatever.
got a polish makarov for 230 today.

It wouldn't be so bad if you didn't focus more on the poster. The light reflecting off it is fucking everything up. Put the gun on the counter in your kitchen and focus it on that.

uh, yeah. do you know how popular Winchesters were?

I'd try numrich or that guy at the gun show with boxes of unlabeled parts.

How was the sight incorrect? Winchester would practically do anything for a customer.

That only works for 1866s.

It was a modern sight bought a long time after the original gun was made I figure the original one broke but I don't know for sure.
