Is it safe to buy AR15 parts from 3rd party sites rather than manufacturer sites? For example, I can get an Aero enhanced upper for like $60 less on a 3rd party site. Is it better to do that or buy straight from the manufacturer? Do you people have any experience with this?

Ya its totally normal. Some other sellers sell below msrp to drive traffic to their sites. You got to understand that they get the parts in bulk hence they pay way lower than we ever will.
