other idea popped into my head since its just a template form and wouldn't need over 9000 people's information, it would make it easier to run different patterns. You wouldn't be limited to simply running one pattern just changing the thread color for the embroidery to contrast a bit.

Really depends on your preference. Do you care if the hat has all that extra velcro on the top, sides, and spot above the back strap? If not then pretty much every hat you come across while searching will pretty much be the same plus Crimson has velcro hats in his store. If it's a line the idea is your just Sharpie it in yourself or whatver

In the center I'm not sure yet, but pretty sure it would just be a /k/ because embroidery can only have so much detail. Then for the/k/ unit I'm not sure we have any militia or anything like that that could group all the kommandos together as much as just having a /k/ in the middle
