Yes I do. I live in Florida where no guns allowed signs at doors do not have the force of law, unless it is a government building or casino.

Yesterday, I went to eat at a restaurant that had a no concealed weapons sign along with checking out some stuff at my LGS which also has a similar sign. No fucks given, it's out of sight and I don't intend to draw unless it is warranted.

And to keep this thread on topic: does anyone make a kydex crab leg pouch? I'm going to see some movies later on this year and need a way to sneak some in.

I live in a state that charges over 1000$ for a CC gun license and you have to stand in front of a judge and convince him to approve the license. If the judge denies the license you lose all the money and they rarely approve it.

A pro gun association did a class action lawsuit of over 800 people because the system is profiting, and going against, the second amendment but of course the fucking politicians have the judges in their pockets and the case has yet to be seen in court since nov of last year.

So to answer the question IF I could CC I would do it literally everywhere I go every single day. I would use the right to carry to its fullest potential.

I love my job and don't want to lose it, but it's relatively high risk and beyond being threatened a lot I've had a knife pulled on me once. I'm not a cool operator guy or anything, I work with the homeless. I should CC everywhere, but I don't. Probably half the time, and definitely anywhere that's going to have crowds or "public" events because those seem to attract some weird folks. After my last trip to the movies, though, I'll be CC'ing there every fucking time. Huge group of about 20 hood rats acting all chaotic and loud and rude, started surrounding and yelling profanity at an usher/manager who was asking them to quiet down and they were screaming that he was a racist and threatening to beat his ass after he asked them to leave.

I'm less concerned that I might have to defend myself against a random one-on-one criminal than I am being caught in one of the near-riot chimpouts that I've seen. Four in the last year (one at a restaurant, table of urban youths arguing about their bill and turning over tables; the movie I just described, a screaming streetfight that ended up as a brawl where you couldn't tell spectators from attackers, and a public beatdown in a mall parking lot.)

Even when I'm CC'ing, I slink off from such shit pretty quickly, but there are times when you don't have that luxury and it forces your hand.
