You should be able to find a Vostok Komandirskie on eBay that will look close enough and not break the bank (the Amfibia would be another close match). If you can into /diy/, you can probably mod it to look more like the one in the game.

If you hide the wires it'll look less Clock Kid and more Wozniak Wannabe. Either get a long enough cord you can fish it through your shirt, or even better, mount the power supply on your arm so people can see it's not wired up to anything packed on your torso.
