Blue label pricing is not public info as far as I know.

Also the HPA affords you a refund for any stamp paid since HPA was introduced, so buy it anyway, today. There's no reason to wait.

Do you have any actual clue as to how the federal government works?

I mean, its a hearing on a bill, then the bill will get tossed around a while, things will change, deals need to be made, then it has to come up for vote in the house, pass thru there, and then gets sent to the senate, where they'll try to change things and maybe send it back to the house to vote on again, then back to the senate, then probably a conference comittee because no one will agree on shit, then passage, then to the presidents desk to be signed.


None of this will likely go anywhere for AT LEAST a year.
