probably 155mm artillery
Probably the Russian 12.7 mm and 14.5 mm rounds. Or excluding that and going by bore diameter, .45 ACP commonly or that really rare .458 rifle round.

This post screams noguns. Depending on the role, you see marksman with 338 Lapua or machine gunners with 338 norma. What role are you talking about and are we just talking common issued weapons?
Civilians can get a hold of 950 cal here and I know that there's been testing with a shoulder fired 82mm too

76mm, my bad

40mm grenade launchers? There were 40mm gyrojets developed. I am sort of disappointed this never went anywhere.
12 gauge shotguns are .70 cal.
