Do individual counties count for anything? Kern County in CA is about the most gun-friendly part of the state. Its to my understanding DE is very firearm unfriendly. In order to transport your gun in your car you have to have your gun unloaded and stored in the glove and your ammunition stored in the trunk. However, some states declared shotguns with revolving cylinders as Assault Weapons, because of the Streetsweeper, which had a rotary drum magazine. In California, they actually rewrote the laws to ban the taurus circuit judge, because they thought the loopholes taurus used, would be exploited to make CA-compliant Streetsweeper-type shotguns.
