Mother base (pictured) is very clumped, assuming that's mostly for efficiency. MB in V is spread out like a motherfucker. Is this done to hamper any attacks like the one performed by cypher?

It's interesting to think about, considering the platforms are made about 1km apart from each other in V.
It makes more sense as to why the attack performed during the inspection would have worked so well and crippled MB, considering there was no space that would be a boundary to regroup at or form a wall with.

How is that flight deck supposed to work properly if you can't turn it into the wind to launch aircraft, and there's a bunch of buildings in the way of the approach to the recovery section of the flight deck? Unless you use V/STOVL aircraft it's not gonna work.

Considering the MB was located on the neutral waters of Atlantic, it was prolly positioned so that it follows the directions of the Gulf Stream, meaning 24/7 good winds.

There's also mechanical aids on modern carriers, so jets can take off on much shorter runways. Those rails on the runway would indicate that MSF used such systems as well.

Finally: MSF mostly used helicopters and boats.

A goddamn 150$ recycling center PC could run MGS5 games smoothly. It is a PS3 & Xbox 360 game at heart after all.

Biggest flaws with TPP are its slog of a gameplay (watching real-time counters drop, helicopter rides, clunky menu surfing, maps full of nothing...) and the fact that it is unfinished.
