As a matter of fact most hitmen in 3rd world countries tend to be just poor people with nothing to lose that desperately need money.

I mean you are probably right, IED would most likely be easier and more effective (assuming it's not found beforehand), but I'm just wondering if it would be feasible to snipe him down with large enough caliber. Namely it requires stealing a car that isn't reported stolen until after you've dumped it. Cops will only investigate known associates and when that trail goes cold its just another unsolved murder.
