im currently in virginia right now, but i live in a cucked 10 round magazine state.
if i walk into the gun store and just buy a 30 round AK mag, are they going to ask for my drivers licence and not sell it to me?
would it help if i told them i was stationed here and showed them my military ID instead?

They won't give a fuck. You ban state nanny state fuckers really overthink this shit.
Nobody. Gives. A. Flying. Fuck. About. You. Buying. Magazines. In. Normal. America.
If a dealer asked me to show ID for a magazine, I'd laugh in his fucking faggot face and take my business elsewhere.

No. You need ID for purchasing firearms themselves.
>>34228282
Sure you can't get them where you are? I also live in a mag cap state... but you can pretty easily get 30rd "magazine repair kits" at smaller shops around here. No dice at any of the big box stores so they are a tad more expensive than normal but it's not too big of a deal.
In Virginia, high-capacity magazines are not banned, but a semi-automatic, centerfire rifle or pistol with a magazine able to hold more than 20 rounds is considered an "assault firearm" and may only be purchased by citizens or permanent residents.[14][not in citation given (See discussion.)]
anyone live in virginia?
do they sell 30s or not.

i live in jew york dude....

Yes. They do.

Like the last anon said, magazine repair kits are legal, well a gray area anyway.
>TLDR, right now you could buy them, disassemble them, then they would just be parts, and you could bring them back to NY, legally

>anyone live in virginia?
>do they sell 30s or not.
I live in Virginia and I can get 30 rd magazines shipped to my home and I don't need to sign for them.
Feels good to live in a normal state.

cool, thanks comrade,
im buying an AK when i get home on leave and plan on not having to use the 5 round micropenis mag it comes with when i go innawoods.
>>34228351
You can also buy the kits online, but they do cost more, unless you have an online friend outastate to act as a middle man
>>34228344
I tried at a few shops locally, they either didn't know what I was talking about, or didn't appreciate it. Interestingly enough, the knife shop sells hex mag kits for $20 a pop haha

No one will give a fuck senpai.
Go to any lgs and ask for some mags. Dont even bother specifying capacity. If you say i need ar mags or ak mags its assumed you mean standard capacity 30rd mags. Also dont pay over $15 a mag.
Also if any va fags want to join our kik shoot me a message xvhamvx.
We have trips /out/ and shoot and stuff.
