1. Some of those looks quite valuable but largely depends on model/caliber/serial. Hard to gauge from picture without having each one individually looked at.

2. As an NC resident, for you to obtain a long-arm out of state, you'll need to do FFL transfers "legally". 4473 in other words. Either the guy could ship those guns to an FFL in your State or you could drive to Arizona/NM and go to an FFL dealer there and take possession of the firears.

Illegally, your friend could mail the guns "to himself" using USPS but both of you would be committing a felony by doing so. Also a felony for you to go across the country and pick them up. Thank the GCA of 1968 for that bullshit.

It's no problem. I do spot some hex barrel lever's in that picture. Those could potentially be worth big money depending on condition/caliber/age.

On a side-note: a few of those look old enough to be pre-1898 antiques. If that's the case, he can mail them straight to your house. But you'd have to verify that through serial numbers first.

Without knowing everything, I'd say there is at least 6-8k worth of guns there. If the scopes are vintage and not shitty Jap shit, those could be worth several hundred apiece themselves.

It's possible. Spencer does look original though and there aren't many replicas of those around. Most of the 94's are probably post-64 so they won't be worth a lot. I've even saw them for $250-300 in the past six months at local shops.

Ruger #1 could be the most valuable depending on it's caliber. Those can go for ungodly numbers in the right year/combination.

what kind of questions should I be asking? Debating how to ask for a bulk puchase (all of them personally). Though its a tad more realistic to just by a couple of them (and yes I do want the autistic flintlock)

Tell them they can probably get more if they want to sell them themselves; but if they just want to be done with it then you'll try to be fair with them.

If they go for it then keep what you want and sell what you don't for a modest profit. You'll be taking a hassle off the families hands and you'll get some guns and a little profit out of it.
