Not in Sacramento at least, there's a hunting/camping section at the ones I've been to, they have ammo and targets and accessories and shit but no guns

live in southern california about 50 miles from coast, quite a few walmarts have a tiny weapons section. the one up the street from me has a total of like 10 display guns made up of remington 870s and mossberg 500s and pea shooter 22s

Which locations would those be?

Until seven years ago I didn't know any wm's sold firearms. Always saw the scaled down "Outdoor" dept. and mini ammo case then began working out of state. Texted pics first couple times to those I knew it would bother, along with some alarming words to make it seem it was a local store. Gotta few going.

Just moved out of cali in January. Nothing at Walmart but big 5 in Long Beach had shotguns and rifles. You might not know this but LA county has both bears and mountain lions. There are even places to hunt in both LA and Orange counties.

LA here, Hollywood-ish. The new one in Burbank sells ammo and gun accessories but not guns themselves. I have a feeling CA Walmarts will probably stop selling ammo once the new stupid ammo license law comes into effect too, I doubt they want to deal with having to do checks every time somebody wants a box of cheap shotgun shells.
