It's a Kalashnikov of some kind. 7.62x39mm. It is fitted with a "dragunov" style aftermarket stock which is cheap and popular at gun shows but not compatible with airsoft guns so it's probably real.

If she's prohibited from owning firearms it's a pretty big deal. Notify whatever local LE agency is in her area. They'll get a search warrant, probably detain her outside of her home and then look for the rifle.
