It's a fucking .30-30 with an overall length of 33 inches. So, is this a kiddie gun, or is it perfect for manlets such as myself? Would this suit me better than my Winchester 1894? I need /k/'s opinion on this.

It's a good gun, you will enjoy it.

Thanks anon. Do you think smaller guns in normal calibers are more uncomfortable or is it something I can deal with?
How fucking tiny do you have to be that a Model 94 is too cumbersome for your miniscule frame to maneuver?

I'm 5'6" and pretty skimpy. It isn't difficult but I prefer the shorter length. The 336Y weighs only .3lbs less than the 94 too.

How skimpy? Are you spoopy?

I like mine, but mine is pretty old.

Get the guide gun instead.
45-70 18.5 inch barrel.

>Buying a NIB Marlin
>Buying a .30-30 when there are millions of cheap used ones out there
Don't, just don't. Rethink this OP, please. For the love of god rethink it.

this entirely depends on your build
a manlet would probably enjoy a shorter stock

If he starts with cowboy loads and works up this is absolutely an option to get into big bore shooting for a smaller shooter
They're good guns, but get amused one, save yourself a couple hundred.
