It's slower than laser but hits harder, so it works great in you're fighting close range but otherwise lasers and bullets are better.

At close range you can't beat plasma for raw fuck you. Power Armor? You're just a bigger target, I shot this Brotherhood fag and laughed as he cooked to death in his armor.

Glock 86.
A fantastic sidearm to carry, accurate and reliable. DO NOT PUT OVERCHARGED CELLS INTO IT. Some trog thought it would be a good idea to "make it more awesome" and blew himself up. The G86 containment chamber is maxed out as it is, and the guide coils are as well.
P-99
Used by prewar special forces and the USSS this pistol is easier to find and but does less damage.
