Its a No1 kukri. Appears to have some generic Nepalese emblem on it, but its not a specific army one since they are capped with a crown or regimental number. Its worth basically nothing (maybe 50 bucks?), since they were mass produced, something of a got-to-have-one meme in the 90s and you can get brand new ones straight from the manufacturer for like ~$80.
