I bought an Alice Pack Frame for carrying heavy stuff like hydraulics equipment, compressor, etc., geotechnics related things. Now I wonder: is there a maximum weight I can strap to that frame without it bending or breaking, or will the limit be my legs or back breaking? My field work junk weighs up to 50 kg / 110 lbs. Any soldiers here who know the frame's design capacity?

About 3 average sized nigger corpses
A frame shelf will help immensely. Good luck finding one though. If you are concerned about durability, tac tailor makes a welded frame that will probably stop a bullet or two.

Yeah, I tried. For now I'll just use a bunch of lashing straps.

Thanks for that, looks like I won't destroy it on first use at least.
