That's as much of a 1911 as Bruce Jenner's dick wound is a vagina

That robe looks comfy
Can't wait till I get old
>so many legal opiod pills it takes a week to shit
>grandkids to traumatize with my half baked conspiracy theorys
>no reason to worry about looking good for duh ladies, can wear comfy old man shit
>all day to watch certified old guy shows like Sanford and son or just shoot guns
>eyesight is shit so I can't see my awful groupings
>FUCKING ROCKING CHAIRS

The 80's were a weird time.
I unironically like subguns and machine pistols and wish the world would go back to using them instead of replacing them with "PDWs" and intermediate caliber carbines. There's just something cool about them.
Early 1900s pistols are so aesthetic
>>34174680
Why aren't ""hamerless"" guns more popular?
>>34174685
Because hammerless was 1900s speak for striker fired ya dingus
>>34174687
But even today you don't see too many of them besides glocks
>>34174687
Hammerless can be striker but most times it means hidden hammer
>>34174687
>being this retarded
The Colt Hammerless had a hammer, dingus.
>>34174705
That's correct but in the case of the gun he was replying to my statement still rings true
Fingerless gloves.
>>34174712
What?
>>34174672
x2 for machine pistols
>>34174720
See that spring? That's the striker, just like a glock.
>>34174727
Just quit while you're behind.
>>34174703
That's true. I think it's because the striker often impacts the primer too violently which can in turn cause ruptured cases. This is why glocks are more commonly known in the industry as "glocknades"
>>34174708

Select fire, intermediate caliber. It checks all the boxes
>>34174753
Not like you can stop that by not getting old.
Unless you have a lot of access to young people's blood.
>>34174672
Machine pistols I can kind of understand as they're sort of useless unless you have to spray down an area about the size of a toilet cubicle, while being IN the toilet cubicle
Subbies though, a good fully auto SMG I will take over a PDW or shortie carbine any day.
Literally a lead hose you can hold down and just dose the fuck out of people with lead pills, that controllability and dumb as a brick reliability are winners.

YEAH REALLY DONT SEE TO MANY PEOPLE TRYIN OUT THE STRIKER FIRED PISTOLS

>general purpose military or tactical team assault weapon system
i.e. retro tacticool marketing jargon to signal to whatever moron is in charge of equipping their podunk PD SWAT team that this is indeed a tactical rifle for the purpose of assaulting points with your tactical team
>>34174764
OMG he's never heard of the P90
Tell me how your smg fares against body armor. It's not the 80s and I am most certainly not down with the ladies, if you catch my drift /;<)

That said, intermediate carbines are much better for front-line combat.

The colt 1903 hammerless had a hammer.
The colt 1908 hammerless had a hammer (thats the one you're talking about.)
The colt 1908 vest pocket had a striker
Alot of people get the two 1908s mixed up.
>>34174641
Nope. Clips on slides work for me. Glock 30 in .45, makes carry a breeze. Sorry you think that anything you don't use is a meme.
(And no, there really, really, only are two fucking bridges in that verification. No way are there three, nothing that could even look like three. Making me do it again just makes me want to fucking shut down the stupid "verification" autobot.
>>34174664
Much as you want to disavow it, you must own it. It's a fucking 1911, with ridiculous features that 1911 fanboys have heartily approved tricking it out with over the years. In fact, nearly every "feature" they've argued at some point made the 1911 more "effective."
Lanyard rings. It looks nice and I like the idea of hanging handguns from the ceiling around my house.
>>34174641
Fudd cannons in outrageously huge, fuck shit up calibres with over the top embellishments and pretty wood
>>34174664
Bruce Jenner doesn't have a dick wound. He's another one of those supposed "transgender" people who opted to fall short of what they call "bottom surgery," at least so far.
So he's a man, with an intact dick, who dresses like a woman and wants to be called "Kaitlyn" and have everyone pretend his mental illness is a "brave" self-expression. Without damaging his equipment, of course.
>>34174740
It's what happened to mine, brand new on the second magazine.
Glock customer service:
First question: is this pistol used in a law enforcement capacity? (No.)
Second question: What modifications have been made? (None, straight from the box.)
Customer service answer: User error, must have been bad ammo. Deny warranty service.
They originally said "unauthorized reloaded ammo" and I challenged them on this as it wasn't. It was brand new Winchester ammo that I bought on the same receipt as the Glock itself. After that, I got a letter stating that the destroyed weapon was "a result of the use of faulty or damaged ammunition." Denied warranty service.
Keep in mind, Glock never even examined the destroyed firearm despite my insistence that they do so.
I got the feeling that if I were a LEO (their main customers) they would have just quietly sent me a new Glock and told me to throw the old one away.
>>34176217
>without damaging his equipment
In a way that's an advantage, because that kind of damage is pretty much entirely unfixable.
So if he ever comes to his senses, he wouldn't have to face that.
>>34174672
I don't know what the fuck is wrong with me but i think the 92s is so fucking unbelievably sexy
>>34174680
thats nice
>>34176213
What i miss the most is wood. I wish more modern guns were sold with nice wood stocks.

What about the titties? Even if i went back to being a man i might keep them for masturbation

You'd love England, all the rich sods have custom made rifles and shotguns. Then again this is /k/ so you'd simultaneously hate England.

>publicly and loudly proclaim your distaste with everything you don't like or understand with no repercussions
>say precisely what you mean about things with no repercussions
>do all manner of unhealthy shit without the moral police coming after you
>get to unironically wear hats
>can wear as much tasteless bling as you like
Boy I can't wait to get old, I'm gonna wear a five piece suit and ride the bus all day with a bag full of old people stuff, smoke a cigar and heap abuse on fat people and telling everyone else about my grandkids being entitled little shits.
And because I'm old they can't do shit about it.
>>34176545

Tranny titties are not nice in the slightest.

I have purchased 7 used Glocks over the years.
2 gen 2 pistols with recalled black parts in 2014. One with significant frame damage. Gun replaced with Gen4 free of charge. Other with internals replaced free of charge.
3 roughed up gen3. 2 mostly cosmetic, 1 with a giant divot in the feed ramp and bent recoil spring housing at the front of the slide. Slide and barrel replaced for $150
1 Gen4 17, good shape asked for factory refurb of wear components, free of charge
Other from friend with round count I know, no CS contact
Also a ruptured primer as the result of overprotruding firing pin or extra strength spring does not result in a pistol exploding.
>>34174672
I wish we could by full auto weapons for reasonable prices. I don't mind the atf having to search my asshole. It's ridiculous how much it costs.

Stripper and en bloc clips.
They're so fucking convenient.
5.56 comes packaged on them, WHY HAS NOBODY MADE A CHEATER CONVERSION TO MAKE SOMETHING IN 5.56 TAKE THEM YET?!?!?!?!?!
Revolvers.
Again.
Convenient. No mags to remember or lose. Just you, a gun, and bullets.
Not really my first choice in a defensive situation though.
Just for fun.
Wood. Why does it have to be only the fudd garbage that gets wood?
Why can't we have convenient modern sporting rifles with wood in some way?
Steel framed single stacks, hammers, heel releases, something that isn't a browning tilting barrel for a pistol.
Iron sights on rifles.
Built in iron sights.
20 round magazines that don't look like shit. Folks, let me just say, either the standard number of rounds per box of ammo needs to go to 30, or the magazine size needs to go down.
Please.
Or, up it to sixty for the boxes.
I really don't care.
Just make it so I don't need multiple boxes to fill a mag.
>>34176543
There's nothing wrong with good taste anon
