It just sucks that AMT Hardballers are apparently trash-tier 1911's.
Almost everyone who has had experience with them has had nothing but trouble.
The metal is just not as strong as it should be plus the finish isn't that great.

That's probably the most cost effective way to go. But you still have to mill the side for the relief cut, front serrations AND sort the sights out. I was thinking of doing the same thing but with an 80% since 1911 builders tend to be pretty flexible with their slide work without going with a Caspian.

They aren't hard to find and they aren't expensive at all.Well the initial purchase anyway. Getting one to work right can be a motherfucker depending on when it was made due to QC nightmares and occasional nonstandard parts. Just a stainless Gold Cup lookalike that is nowhere near as good.

I don't know, I'm just weird like that. I preferred using conventional weapons in FEAR but have you ever played Crackdown? The DLC in that game had a weapon just like the penetrator and you could pin people onto vehicles then drive it around.

Throughout my gaming life I've always fancied the M6 and M4 models in any game that I play. Though when a game doesn't have a classic AK47 or AKM in it I seem to miss it a lot, f.x in BF4, they don't have a proper AK, wtf DICE?!
