First for milsurp isn't really surplus any more

My first mosin is on the way. 1943 Tula M91/30.

Not expecting much but if it checks out then I'm looking forward to taking it out to the range

I just bought my first milsurp rifle, m39 sako off GB, have to wait a while to pick it up. Paid $500 for it. How'd I do?

Picked this up for $180 off Texas Gun Trader.
Very happy, I've been wanting an ex-dragoon for years now.

Unfortunately it's been re-barreled with a 91/30 front and rear sight, but that adds to the character because of what it means.
