I like it.

You get to keep the original profile of the 92, with the option to mount rails if for whatever reason you need to mount a light.

Honestly I find metal framed guns with rails totally disgusting. It rapes the lines of the gun.

So this is the best of both worlds. You can have an aesthetic Beretta, and add rail functionality if need be.

That's sort of my take on it. If you already own a Beretta 92 with a feature set you like, but lacks an accessory rail, this product is a solution for you. If you are buying a new Beretta, you might as well buy an A1 if the lack of a rail is a dealbreaker for you. On the A1 the rail is machined metal, and while the poly rail will work, the frame integrated machined rail is better in all ways.

This is actually used by the Israeli military to update their guns with a 1913 while saving cost instead of buying a whole new gun.
