Armscor M200, it does what it needs to in single-action, and at point blank you can double-action it well enough to matter (the DA pull is pretty heavy).

It's ugly, rough, and heavy, it's not even rated for regular +P .38 Special, but it works and holds up well enough, and since it's heavy (by being all steel), you could smack someone with the fucking thing if a situation really calls for it.
