How close is too close for weaponlight placement near the muzzle device? I'm trying to mount this M600U as far forward as I can without having to clean off the lens every magazine

Muzzle device is a Surefire SF3P flash hider

It's too close if the light is going directly in front of the muzzle. Is the lens getting that dirty after a mag? Mine gets a tint after several hundred rounds but it still fills it's purpose and doesn't really need to be cleaned. You might just be autistic.

As far forward as is comfortable. That's all that matters.

I'm aware that Imgur.com will stop allowing adult images since 15th of May. I'm taking actions to backup as much data as possible.
