No problems, but I do have a problem with how strict the lews are right now
But if you, like me, wish to change that there's an association that seeks to re-establish the right to conceal carry

As >>34157491 said, yes and no
The only things I really have a problem with are the fact they can take away your cat B guns if they want, and that everything that is semi-auto or a handgun is automatically cat B, even if it's only a one-shoot .22 handgun or .22 semi-auto carbine.
>>34158388
there are some revolvers that fall into cat D2 my friend, think blackpowder cowboy revolvers up until 1900, cartridge revolvers that is
>>34158524
I know, I was talking about modern handguns, BP is fun but not really practical.
>>34158336
Once upon a time all accessories were not restricted.
Currently, I think they follow the main gun (meaning that if you have a 9mm handgun with a suppressor you need to put it on your license.
However, nothing prevents you from saying that you'll use the silencer on your Lebel.
I haven't followed the most recent developments, though.
Oh yeah, I forgot, about >>34158274 : Some weapons and materiel are considered to be collection items, so they are cat D.
Like most of the pre 1900 rifles like the Lebel, Mannlicher Cacarno, Krag Jorgensen,... only the Mauser, Berthier and Mosin are cat C.
It's a bit dumb, since it's a whitelist, so you can own a Stridvagn 103 but not a Type 60 APC, for example.
The 2013 law was an unsuspected blessing. Some technocrat must have loved guns or at least wanted something logical.
tl;dr: Get a hunter license - It's easy, you learn a ton of things about guns and wildlife if you didn't already, and then you can get a shitton of old guns.
I'm 70% pure french blood, 10% native american, 10% white.

The prefecture wanted me to refuse my cat B it was on that day that I learned that in case of refusal of cat B you are registered in the register of persons prohibited from detention and it concerns all the categories.
Fortunately I have a good lawyer.

But I have argued my good behavior and good social inclusion. My lawyer helped me a lot on this one.

Was that when they got rid of the "military" caliber restrictions?
I'm glad you guys can enjoy Berthiers and Lebels easier without them being ruined by rechambering them to .348WIN.
