I have one along with all the Haley Strategic Flatpack/Chestrig. Based levels of comfort, even in a large. Highly reccomend that you use swiftclip cheatrigs/placards to minimize weight and keep your setup in place with or without the armor on.

how well can you overlap the cummerbund to make it tighter?

i'm a manlet and the only apcs i can find in multicam tropic have medium cummerbunds when i need a small
