Hello everyone, I recently acquired a similar firearm to this from my troubled brother.
According to him, it belongs to our other brother but I'm not sure how he came across this weapon.
What do I do with it? I don't plan to return it to my brothers as they are unstable.

If you don't want to keep it and your state doesn't have handgun registration you could easily just sell it.
Also here's another pic of what it might be, could you please post a photo of what you have so we can positively identify it or just read us the markings

What state/country do you live in?
Is the gun reported stolen?
Is the original owner (Brother #2 I suppose) aware that you have it?
What makes you think he's unstable?
