Tactical basically meaning it has the rails in this sense. The default model has no rails.

no hunter model with threaded barrel.

Between this one and the Lite, which do you guys think is better?

IIRC, the major differences are that the upper of the Tactical is steel while the upper of the Lite is Aluminum, and the Tactical has a rail under the barrel that the Lite does not. This translates to the Tactical being ~8 oz. heavier.
