How true to the a2 style you want to go? If you want to go full old school milspec, you are going to have to build it piece by piece. But if you want just a carry handle upper and fixed stock with fixed front sights, that's easily do able cheaply.

I recommend checking out the k2 grip, I had the MOE+ for a while but the angle was always a little off for me. K2 fixed it up nice for me.
