Nicely done. I ended up going with the more grippy handle. Feels really sharp and uncomfortable at first, but once you really grab onto it to make some cuts it feels great and doesn't slide around at all like the rounder more polished handles.

Knives are a meme -- I would love a cpm steel blade; don't get me wrong, just too damn pricey, not worth-it -- when you can buy a firearm for the price of a strider, or some other fancy knife. Just get a $40 shanghai shadow; spend the rest on guns!

I sent in my horribly off center ZT for the second time now. First time, they didn't even look at it, they just tightened the pivot screw till it was center and sent it back to me. only problem with that is, when it's that tight, the knife can't open. So hopefully it actually gets fixed this time. It was so bad, the blade was scraping the liner. Not even my ancient S&W "Cuttin horse" gas station knife was that bad.

Any recommendations on a knife around the same price from a company that actually makes half way decent products?

Ah, the scrambler. That's what I almost got over my Blur. I went for the blur because the steel was a bit better. The 8Cr13MoV steel isn't bad, my buddy's cryo II had that blade and it held up just fine. Out of the two, I'd go with the scrambler. Cleaner looking knife, less "tacticool"
