Why arent all weapons built to be silenced?
>>34109040
Because it cost money to thread the muzzle of a weapon , for an attachment that most folk do not consider buying currently.
Low reward for high risk.( loss on the cost in, in hopes someone will buy it for the fact it can be supp.)
If you're getting a can you can likely afford the charge to get something threaded properly.
added weight, added length, suppressors make guns real dirty real fast, revolvers are a thing and gas systems need adjusting. you can make a case for most guns but even if american laws regulating suppressors when away who wants to deal with another 5-6 inches on their cc let alone even bothering if it was a revolver?

suppressors are specialized devices, and are unnecessary or even a liability in certain situations.
Because tbqh it's a bit of a waste of money except for on subsonic stuff. I have a suppressor on my .270 and the cunt is still way to loud for shooting without muffs. There's a difference but it's not enough of a difference.
Suppressed .22 is the shit though, also..
FUCK YOU YANKS!!! I CAN BUY A SUPPRESOR WITHOUT A BULLSHIT TAX THINGY!!!

What good is it if you need to use rounds too small to shoot anything bigger than a squirrel

Semi related question. Are integreated silencers better? Quieter, lighter, and shorter? Because the weapion was designed with the silencer in mind?
>>34110391
Yea, but it's extra weight. For hunting it's much better to have a removable one you have in your bag.
>>34110396
The idea being you affix the silencer after you arrive to your stand or whatever?
>>34110435
Sorta, I don't hunt with a stand but I do move in between a couple lookouts over clearings, and if I'm hunting goats well they never move anyways so I just grab it out of my bag in plain site. If a shot comes up while I'm walking somewhere I'll just take it without suppressor.

Huh. Neat. Thanks for the input anon.
