My Mossberg 500a is not extracting. the extractors are skipping over the rim of the shell. i have replaced the springs and extractors and polished the chamber but it has not fixed the problem.
What do?

assuming your gun is pic related and its a old thing you bought off a gun rack. detail strip the bolt. clean area under extractors. make sure extractor springs are in good condition. replace if needed.
