Help me choose my next gun.

Can you buy an actual firearm? No shame in picking up a .22 semi auto rifle for a first real gun. Bolt action works too.

If you don't want a .22 look into a Hi Point 9mm carbine.

Have you considered buying a black Ak47 airsoft that has an acog?

Just get a basic ak/ar rifle for ~500 bucks. You don't sound like you are in any position to afford to actually shoot the gun you buy though.
Also, I love the hell out of my pellet rifles, they make great plinkers combined with a ~$10 set of rimfire spinner targets.

you should keep in mind that "cheap" and "decent scope" have very little overlap, if any at all

A Mossberg Plinkster with just about any scope will give you more practical range for less than it would cost to upgrade that Crossman. All for way, *WAY* under $200.

Priced rise from there. A Savage MKII or 93 with an accutrigger is great for practical accuracy and small game hunting.

I have a stoger x20, it's fun and will knock down small game within 50m but I live in an area and country where I can use a .22 so I only ever pull it out when my little brother comes to visit.

I bought an SKS first, then an AR15, early spring I got a CZ455 FS (.22lr). And I fucking love it. I don't even bring my SKS or AR to the range anymore. Just my CZ and my 92S

I'm a miserly college student who can't blow too much on ammo, but a bolt .22lr makes 100+ round range days hard work.

With my AR, I could go through 150 rounds before the range goes cold again.
