Any polish people here.
What is the process to get a working replica of a blackpowder cap and ball in poland do you have to live in poland or can a student buy one for historical purposes

Uberti has some great options. If Poland is anything like where I live you would have to find a gun shop in Poland to order it for you.
Are percussion caps restricted because i would like to have some so i can use it as a cap gun.

you need to have an ID- I'm not sure if a foreign one would do the trick, no permit or registration is required
>>34088804
no you can buy them online
pic related is mine

I should be more clear:
you don't need an ID to OWN a blackpowder weapon, but in practice no store will sell you one without it

Not a Polan but a fellow Slav from Slovenia.
Most European gun laws do not require gun license to own a black powder replica but you need:
>Gun safety training
>Medical examination
>Have the gun written in register
In my country that costs about 200$ , there are good replicas on the market for 250$ so you are looking at around 500$ being spent

Damn! I got mine for $100 shipped.

well we have it a bit better here in Poland as BP guns only require cold hard cash to obtiain
>>34088614
for when niemcy invades? BP unrestricted in Poland. Getting regular gun not that hard either, in relation to the neighbors anyway

I'm not sure about availability overseas, but here in the States cartridge cylinder conversions are not unpopular for bp revolvers. They're certainly not as good as a modern cartridge pistol, but surely better than nothing.

you would need a permit for that (both the cylinder and the ammo)
Since the permit would allow you to own any handgun(exept for the hunting lincense), there's not much point to that

see>>34090072, should just get the liscense, its not hard, a bit of a wait but not hard
>>34089716
Well, it's brass frame. Don't shoot it too much

I've shot it a good bit with no problems thus far. It's just a fun shooter to finger fuck. I thought about loading it and making it a functional mantle ornament.
