>Clean the 6-32 x 3/8” adjustment screw with lacquer thinner or an appropriate solvent. Then, apply a small amount of Loctite® 243 to the set screw and install it in the gas block as shown. Thread the screw in until it bottoms out, and then turn it back one full turn. Install the clamp screws only from the direction shown.

Why the fuck would you apply loctite to one of the screws that you're actually going to have to adjust after the thing is installed? Am I just retarded?

stock is comfy but the rubber padding can get annoying. it can create friction with certain fabrics, and on more than one occasion I swear it has torn individual hairs from my beard/stubble, I don't know how. it was extremely painful, for me.

I'll buy Ribeyes, but I'm not a fan of Porterhouse or Tbone. I almost bought a Tri-tip to play with but sirloin tops were on sale and are my go-to. There's plenty of meat if I decide to do something else, and they aren't huge so if I want a nice side I'm not stuffing myself or wasting food.

Dude, you can literally broke an inforce by blowing on it. Mine has seen dirt, mud, water, glass and is still working perfectly :^) can't say the same of my inforce. It sits away too since the shape of the trigger guard can't allow it to be closer.

So yeah. Inforce a shit. I would probably sell mine if I didn't tell everybody in France how shitty they are.

Streamlight TLR-1 is literally the best all around weapon light for the price-quality-resistance to adverse conditions ratio.

How is it not made to fit a handgun?
I've used them for years on duty and off without issue. I've not a huge fan of strobe features, but I've never activated accidentally either.
Switchology is a personal preference. One isn't "better" than the other. I don't consider inforce to be of sufficient quality or output (referring to last gen models, I haven't handled the updated ones) for work use.

Have you owned one? A SWAT monkey dropped my heavy ass glawk 40 onto concrete landing right on the light and it didn't so much as dent the plastic.

I don't swear by them, I can tell the quality isn't all there but it was $100. At least it actually fits the gun and doesn't have controls that are different on each side that you'll forget under stress when your fingers feel like 100lb hotdogs.

He's Argentinian, basically white.
>>
>>34084272
PCC in place of rifles is almost cheating though. 3gun is already sported to shit, we don't need this
>>
>>34084285
Seems to be fine, no special coating or prep (aside from cleaning the surface prior to painting). It's not going to last forever, but I think it looks cool when it gets worn.
>>
>>34084172
You could forgo the duffel bag and just carry a handgun with the sane amount of firepower on your hip...

Pistol caliber carbines are novelty for civilian use. Hell they're almost novelty for specialty unit use. SBR/PDW's and short bullpups in rifle calibers though... That would be fun to keep under a jacket.
>>
>>34084296
>>34084286
He's Argie/Italian, so he's as white as the brown dirt.

>>34084298
That's why I said push for the split, with a good list of reasons and signatures to back you up. I haven't shot 3gun in a competition so I haven't dealt with it.
>>
>>34084298
I don't see how PCCs are like cheating. Blowback AR9s have a more abrupt recoil impulse than all but the most severely overgassed ARs. Admittedly, the MPX is a soft shooter, but I have a hard time seeing that as a clear competitive advantage, particularly compared to a typical 3 gun rifle.
>>
>>34084272
i have no real issue with it, just joking around, they are their own division so i shouldn't compare my times with them.
>>
>>34084327
the advantage is being able to clear a stage with just a pcc, no need to transition or reload a shot gun saves a lot of time.

they do still use the shotgun on some stages but their is a clear advantage.

again, i have no issue with it, i was just jokingly trying to get myself into the top 10
>>
>>34084327
>go up against people shooting rifles
>use pistol caliber
Might as well start using .22s for pistol and 20ga for shotguns too
>>
>>34084331
Actually you should compare your times and push for improvement. Start walking your way up the list. They only limit is your own desire to get better, and your remaining credit limit for practice ammo.
>>
>>34084352
I've shot some 20s that have nasty recoil. Better make it 410, or 22 ratshot.

Not trying to sounds like a dick, but have you shot a 5.56 AR and an AR9 on a timer? Or honestly, even back to back without a timer?
There's no competitive advantage to the PCC. If anything, they're at a disadvantage.

>>
>>34084402
I agree that they're different. If on that principle alone they should be segregated, so be it. I just disagree that there's a competitive advantage to them, that's all.
I think PCCs are a blast. The ability to shoot steel at relatively close range, the ability to run a long run at pistol only ranges and as a low ammo cost trainer for a rifle. All good things.
But all things being equal, a well set up 5.56 gun will be able to be run faster.

It's the nature of blowback guns. If you load up some lower PF loads, it'll be softer. But run with a more stout load, they'll buck a bit more. In this regard, the MPX is a bit better, as it handles duty ammo very nicely.
There are some other issues in terms of reliability with the MPX though.

Depends if factory loaded or reloads I roll myself. $5-15 for standard chalk. Less for buckshot. CS/OC/Smoke/Flares all depends on the age and the source but you can easily end up paying a good amount per round for some of the more obscure stuff
