I noticed some had this issue, I thought I had picked them out but I guess yours slipped through. I'd say the best way is to get a heavy book and leave it on top of the patch for a day or two on a flat surface. It worked for all the other ones.
If it doesn't I'd say grab some super glue.

I used the company that makes the best woven patches for these but completely forgot about how they attach the velcro to the patch.

Yeah, Ryuko grew on me over time and after the episode that he bonded with her I liked Gamagoori, but Nonon was the easy choice for favorite character. I just love the way she gives everybody else shit at every opportunity. Plus of the 3 underlings that Satsuki has she had the best fight with Ryuko.
