9x18 Mak is basically a better version of 380 Auto. I own both a PPK/S and Bulgarian Mak, and the Mak is superior over all except for the irons and the mag release.
380 Auto is also more expensive than 9x18 Mak.

The way it works, is you have to get a background check, but can't, and the official decision is that since the law can't be comlied with it's literally moot, look it up. Just buy a pistol at the cashman center in a week or or something from a private collectors booth.
