They have equally shitty triggers for different reasons.

You will probably enjoy the HK more because it's 100g heavier and it was designed to be held and operated by human male hands unlike the Block.

USP has better trigger, controls, sights and the thick grip sits nice in hand. Both guns have quite smooth recoil. Some see HK's bore axis height as a bit problematic but with proper grip position it's not an issue.

I own both a USP9 and a Glock 19. If everything costs the same (I don't know what your market prices are) get the USP. It is slightly better quality and more rugged.

The Glock is infinitely better if you ever plan on full disassemblies, buying anything other than magazines/ammo, and allows for more customization. I'd get a Glock 19 Gen 4 if you can.

If I were forced to sell one, I'd sell my USP.
