I have ended up driving half an hour to pay 20 instead of 50 on a FFL fee.

Totally worth it on principle alone. Fuck those guys.

I have a guy that that lives a mile from me and does it from his home. He even has a computer setup with signature stylus and he charges me 15 bucks and no tax. The closest "Gun Store" is twice as far and charges 35.00 plus tax and makes ya do the paper form. Just have to search man.
