How do i reload a marlin 60 faster this shit is annoying
>>
trade it in for a 10/22
>>
>>34031473
Hollow out your 26+ inch dildos, then drill a whole where the eurethra would be. Fill with 22 and reload when needed.

Make a a little blakeslee loader for it?
I think you can buy a speedloader too.

Start by not being a retard. You work your way up from there!

Pic may be related.
>>
I've never held or seen one of those but from the rear sight back to the stock looks like a 10/22. Especially the bolt.
>>
>>34031550
>>34031533
why make the same mistake twice?
>>
>>34031500
first post nails it
>>
>>34031473

The really cheap way is to fill straws with 22lr and pin them off with safety pins on each side. When you want to load, just put one end of the straw on the end of the tube and let the bullets slide in.
>>
>>34031975
Thanks anon for actually taking the question seriously.
>>
>>34032010
Did you miss the guy who posted a picture of an actual tube mag speed loader?
>>
>>34032076
Yeah but he's a /k/unt.

Most of them are.
>>
>>34031975
>>34032010
I've heard that you can also use arrow shafts.
>>
>>34032270
Correct.

Don't remember the last time I saw aluminum arrows in person though. Any small tubing would work and I've used 10/22 and MkII mags. Used the MkII mags on a .22lr revolver once just because I had one before the days of speed strips
>>
>>34032270
Steel brake line too.
>>
>>34031550
>>34031500
Does it have 18 round capacity?
>>
>>34032270
Depending on the make, you can use thick plastic hangers that are hollow.

Or, if you can find any, get some PVC pipes that are the right size.
>>
>>34032409
My family has a bunch of old arrows. I'll try to find something that works.
>>34032495
Neither does a Model 60, at least on with LR
Does the 60 feed shorts? I guess that's where you get 18 from.

MAGAZINE KEKS CAN GET THE FUCK OUT
>>
You have 2 options.

>Option 1
Stop being a whiny faggit

>Option 2
Keep being a whiny cunt but with a 10/22
>>
>>34032495
25 round official mags, yes.
>>
>>34032639
Early model 60s hold 17 in the tube.

I don't even use this as a snake gun so I don't really mind that it's so unreliable.
>>
>>34033659

You have a lemon. Picked one up used for $105 out the door and I clean it after 1500 rounds when it starts double feeding. After that it runs like a top for the next 1500.

This would be the obvious answer.

It takes like 5 seconds to reload a mag, faster if you actually have hand-eye coordination.
>>
>>34032409
Do you guys have Princess Auto in the States? They carry cheap aluminum arrows and bolts.
>>
>>34033936
ye but how long does it take to load a mag by hand? if you shoot more than lets say the 5 mags you bring then which gun you you spend less time reloading?
>>
>>34034241
Faster than it takes to load a tube mag.
>>
>>34034249
if you have very soft skin can it after a while hurt to load the mags or does it load easily?
>>
>>34033936
wtf is that abomination
>>
>>34033936
That was pathetically slow and your 10/22 is a joke.
>>
the marlin 60 is more aesthetic, the mag ruins the 10/22's looks unless you use 10rd
>>
>>34031473
>you bought a tube fed gun and expected excellence
>there's your problem
Now, that being said... Back in high school(holy shit that's getting to be a long time ago), a friend and I crimped some metal tubing to hold a full marlin60 worth of rounds so we had a few speedloaders to carry with us.
I think we plugged the other end with kleenix or something so the rounds for sure wouldn't fall out the un-crimped side while we walked etc, but it was an easy way to just gravity feed the gun full quickly.
>>
>>34031473
I used to fill old arrow shafts with 22Lr. Or use straws
Really fun to reload and in fact was faster than pushing rounds into the 22lr mags
>>
>>34031473
My mossberg 46 has the same system. I just made my own disposable speed loaders.

Literally an aluminum nipple, and paper covered in tape. The aluminum end has some extra paper on it.

To load you just tear the paper off and dump the rounds down the tub, and throw the paper away. It takes 3 to load 15 into my gun. You can make them 7 long before stability issues, but I want to carry them in my sks pouch.
