It mounts by clamping to a GI barrel nut. So I bought a middy upper and trimmed the A2 FSB into a low profile gas block, removed the handguard retainer, as well as the delta ring, spring, and snap ring.

I do minor corrections in Lightroom for known-light situations using presets, and very little besides. Exposure, black level, minor sharpening, white balance and lens CA correction on just about everything. Vignette added on 95% of things. Very small amount of distortion correction and spot removal as needed.

The MR556 barrels aren't chrome lined and some guys have noticed keyholing at lower round counts. The BCG design also incorporated a firing pin safety so the Gucci trigger options are limited to just the Geissele MR trigger or the KAC 2 stage match trigger.

Also MR's aren't very common because Hk apparently stopped importing new ones in preparation for the MR556A3 that may or not be happening this year.

Of all the guns you have listed there, I would go SR15 or wait for the MARS to come back in stock. I used to have a SCAR 16 and it was very eh/10 probably my least favorite 556 meme rifle I owned, although the SCAR aftermarket was much smaller when I still had it.
