The money solicited by NRA by way of nagging donations does not go to the NRA-ILA. It goes towards more solicitation for donations, and paying for cheap Chinese gimmick gifts to trick dumb people out of more money to be used for further solicitation.

Its also worth noting that the vast majority of the NRAs funds come from small donors. The idea that it is "big gun companies" floating cash to the NRA for lobbying is complete horseshit. They have to release their financial info and anyone can take a look at it.
